Data privacy statement regarding the online survey conducted on behalf of Stanton Chase
This privacy statement is intended for persons who participate in an online survey for the purpose of market, opinion and/or social research, fill out online questionnaires, or have been contacted for these purposes.

We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the Data Protection Act 2018. With this privacy statement, we inform you who we are and inform you about the type, scope and purpose of data collection as well as your rights according to the GDPR.
We are a member of the Austrian Association of Market Research Institutes (VdMI) and of ESOMAR. The VdMI has issued a code of conduct that are authoritative for our activities and in which, among other things, important specifications for studies in market and opinion research are stated. The Code of Conduct further includes the „International Code of Practice for Market and Social Research“, in short ESOMAR Code, as well as the ESOMAR Guidelines also issued by ESOMAR for various fields of work in market and social research.

KANTAR Info Research Austria processes your data as a processor of Stanton Chase.
The basis of the processing is a data processing agreement with Stanton Chase as well as our legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is to conduct studies in the field of market, opinion and/or social research in the course of our ordinary business activities.
The sub-processor is the software provider NIPO Software B.V., Amsteldijk 166, 1079 LH Amsterdam, The Netherlands, which provides the software for the online survey.
The purpose of the data processing is to conduct a customer survey.
Categories of data processed: IP address of your device with which you participate in the survey, as well as answers to the questions asked, voluntarily entered by you in the online questionnaire. Your IP address is only processed by us while you are filling out the questionnaire, after that it is not processed any further. The answers to the questions voluntarily entered by you in the questionnaire are only processed anonymously, i.e. not in connection with personal data. Our client receives the data only in the form of an anonymous statistical evaluation.
Your rights:
You have the right to request information about whether and what data we process about you. You also have the right, under certain conditions, to ask for erasure, restriction of processing or to prohibit processing, as well as the right of data portability.
